I work there. It's very funny, sometimes peaceful, depending on how you want it. Many say it is very relaxing. Unfortunately I don't work there anymore. But likes my boss at the time.

I always found the wellness area TOP I have been to the cozy sauna many times and each time it was an event. If now, one or the other shower head, button or something else no longer works, that would or has not affected the overall experience, but nothing at all!

The condition was reasonably clean. The dishonesty and poor organization of the owner was very unfortunate. Part of the service was not provided by her (food booked in addition to the accommodation etc.). You no longer had the documents of our booking. Nevertheless, we understood and only wanted to get the overpaid amount refunded. This led to a lengthy discussion with further excuses and untruths. In the end, we agreed an amount that the owner only partially paid afterwards after repeated requests. Part of the equipment was out of function (large rain shower for 2 people with colored light and radio). When the accommodation was handed over to us, we were told that the rain shower was only for the owners and had been destroyed by the customers. At our notice that this shower is listed in the offer, the owner got into contradictions. It would not have been a problem for us if we had simply been advised that something was not working ... it just happens. However, if you are lied to, it doesn't make a good impression.

Hello, we were past WE there, arrived with mixed feelings after reading the reviews. But then we were pleasantly surprised. We are trying to comment the negative entries for those who are interested. Everything was clean, we didn't find it old-fashioned at all. Steam shower is broken, that's right, not bad for us. We did not have the use of the outdoor area or a snack in the evening, this was probably not included in our voucher. The voucher was a gift, so we hadn't booked it ourselves. Artificial rose petals are true, but honestly something doesn't bother. Yes, the sauna switches off after 6 hours, but you can restart it anytime. One can already imagine that this room may be too warm to sleep in, OR? There are windows and doors to open that provide fresh air. Yes, the bedspread is uncovered, we were also justified, you have to wash the blanket after use anyway, so no cover. It was logical for us and the ceiling was clean, that was important. Drinks were available. Hugo, water, apple spritzer, you could make coffee or tea (with a capsule machine). For breakfast there were two rolls, butter, cheese, sausage and jam per person. The rolls weren't baked ourselves, but wouldn't have bothered us because we do that at home. For us it was great hours for two, HAPPY AGAIN.

Biggest disaster ever! Not recommendable! Steam cabin defective. Clogged shower drain. Shower head broken. Shower holder very shaky. The whirlpool tub is apparently never properly cleaned because the water smells stale after the jets are switched on and you no longer want to bathe. Everything very dusty, windows dirty. Much too warm to sleep in this room unless you like to sleep at 25 ° C. Decoration '' proof of love '' for 10 € surcharge consists of a pair of artificial rose petals on the bed. Bathrobes are apparently washed without a fabric softener and resemble a washboard. Duvets without cover. 2 tealight holders are available but there were only empty tealights. Capsule machine should be used for coffee and tea water preparation, tea tastes like coffee. Bad too small to stay. The snack plate was announced for 8 p.m. at the latest, then it came at 8:45 p.m. We preferred to have breakfast sweet and communicated our wish, we then got 4 rolls with 2 tiny glasses of jam. On the homepage it says that you should address any abuses on departure, but there was no one to be seen when we left. All in all, a big letdown for over € 200!
