Comes reliably even for rather small orders! If something doesn't work right away, Mr. Hartmann comes several times until it works - with us at the second attempt. We recommend!

It may be that the boss is expertly knowledgeable, the planning phase was hardly customer-oriented and even with false information. Our wishes were received with reluctance, but only the own plan should be enforced. Although we have explained why SOME other positions and numbers of sockets, light outlets, light switches ... are better for our personal life situation, it was only accepted derogatory after persuasive persuasion attempts. After about a quarter of an hour of conversation, he was visibly annoyed by our desire to change and practically said nothing at all, although of course we wanted to hear his opinion. But you should not be offended if, as a customer, you sometimes know better what is better and more functional for yourself. When a request was simply said, that would not be possible. During the construction phase, an electrician said that a change, which was exactly what we wanted, would make more sense. So it was, thanks to the attentive staff, then installed. The staff we got to meet were really friendly and kept thinking and sharing their thoughts, so a few clever changes were made during the construction phase.

I am a trained electrician and electrical engineer. Unfortunately, since I build while I live and work abroad, I cannot do my house installation myself. In Dieter and Torsten Hartmann, however, I found exactly the right ones who understand all of my ideas and are happy to implement them. Everything works fine and changes at the last minute do not make the Hartmanns sweat. I would have Elektro Hartmann do my installation again at any time.
Similar place
