We bought a dishwasher at xxxl Lutz, after a year now the dishwasher is broken. According to xxxl Lutz, the company oranier is responsible for the repair and should contact us for an appointment. According to the company oranier, the da Graf is responsible and should contact us. This is unfortunately 5 weeks ago. After repeated phone calls we were always comforted. Nothing has happened yet.
