The ice cream is OK, but far from great. With 1,20€/scoop it is rather expensive. I would normally give 3 stars.
The customer service is abysmal though. You are not allowed to sit in front of the parlour when you buy one scoop, even if you are the only customer.
Absolutely cheeky, can salt your ice cream in the future! Unfriendly staff, we weren't allowed to sit down even though everything was free because my three year old grandson only had an ice cream with a scoop. I've never seen anything like it - maybe a new strategy to drive away customers and guests. It worked for me (us) - "goodbye"
Actually good ice cream, but you can't use the seating with just one scoop of ice cream as an adult? Ridiculous!
We were four adults and six children, all with ice cream, two ice cream coffees and an ice cream sundae and I had to take two balls to be allowed to sit there as well.
Unfortunately, the last time I was there, because with more than 20 € such behavior is simply not acceptable. Delicious or not, that's not only against the trade regulations, but also outrageous!
Delicious ice cream, fair prices, nice staff.
Seating available, but unfortunately in the commercial area.

Ice cream is ok, but you have to pay an extra 10 cents for a waffle and you cannot sit in front of the cafe with a simple scoop of ice cream even if you are the only customer. : ((
