I don't normally write reviews, but the experience with Euronics was so underground that I at least want to point it out to others. I ordered a television from Euronics. Immediately after ordering, I was informed that the TV was no longer there (which is obviously an IT problem - since sold out products should be removed automatically). I was offered an unsuitable alternative product and was then advised that I would receive my ordered product after re-ordering. Now 7 weeks have passed, relative to an order confirmation with 3-5 working days delivery. Despite multiple inquiries, no order date was given. If I had ordered the product from Amazon (then at the same price) I would have been able to use it for 7 weeks ...

Meanwhile already had 2 fully automatic machines there for repairs. Absolutely great. Great service. Always my pleasure.
