Unfortunately, we cannot entirely share W M's view. We had our dormer installed a year ago and met Mr. Christoph Senior at the craft fair. Everything worked very well there. We then got in touch immediately, obtained offers with various options and then decided on one of them. After that everything went very quickly and it seemed well timed. When it came to the installation of the skylights, which had to be carried through the stairwell, we were left with greased walls. Up in the attic there were whole hand prints up to blood stains on the wall. When I dared to complain about this, I was silenced by Mr. Christoph through incredibly bad and ignorant communication. Maybe it's because I'm a woman, but Mr. Christoph is not an expert in de-escalation. He referred us to a clause in the offer! What did it say that “painters are not allowed to work” which, however, refers exclusively to the rigid walls built into the dormer. He didn't want anything to do with it, didn't bother to say anything nice or soothing, but ended the whole thing with "this discussion doesn't make any sense anyway!" We then had to pay the painter ourselves because Mr Christoph simply faded out the subject. I would like to say that our staircase had recently been completely painted before the dormers were installed and I had pointed this out during the installation (the manager of the construction site). Actually, I didn't want to write a comment, but when I read this comment I think back to how unfriendly and unfriendly customers Mr. Christoph spoke to me and that a good tone is probably not part of the service here. Technically satisfactory, but dealing with the customer in need of improvement. Don't leave anything tip-top with the construction site. That was my worst experience with craftsmen so far and we already had some renovations behind us!

Christoph GmbH delivers first-class manual work paired with astonishing reliability. Due to the high demand, we had to wait a little until the dormer windows could be delivered and assembled, but from the first appointment it went like clockwork. All deadlines and commitments were kept. The craftsmen on site are incredibly reliable and conscientious, as we have never seen in the many renovations in recent years. The construction site was left very clean. A call from our neighbor between Angel and Angel about an offer to her came promptly the following week. I could have bet that it would go down! But not at Christoph GmbH!
