This company does a great job. Absolute professionals for all roof-related tasks. Orders are carried out "in time" as agreed and you always have a contact person. Conclusion: very satisfied and recommendable!

The company carried out an order in Dachau amounting to approx. € 120,000. Overall, the works were in order according to the current state. Unfortunately, the company is overwhelmed with simple topics such as § 35a EStG, despite multiple request, the bill was not created correctly. In addition, the manager very rude on the phone. Conclusion: No further cooperation.

The company has carried out work on the terrace of the neighbors and the workers have climbed several times without notice from the neighbors to our terrace in the third (!) Floor and have there made further work or our property to other places. There was always someone on site, so you could always announce the worker or deny this necessity. Several times the company DTS was informed in writing that the company should announce when workers have to enter the other property. It was also responded by the boss of the company DTS with a written standard apology. But it did not change anything, it was again repeated workers on the terrace. The workers had to climb over the balustrade (without security), because the terraces of the apartments are separated. Workers were approached twice directly when they were on the patio. The workers could always and always ring the bell and enter the terrace in the normal and official way. In the end, we actually had to call the police to stop this. It remains to be seen if the company DTS sticks with their people. The behavior of the boss was very outrageous, e.g. to say with a grin in the presence of the police that one did not know that (although there was a written answer from him personally on these events). Further on our terrace a considerable damage was caused, which was not reported, but it was waited that we see this and report. This is not a professional behavior in my opinion. There is always something that can happen, but then you say it and you do not just pretend that nothing happened. I can not recommend this company. Be it from the point of view of the residents still as here with the employees are jumped over the needlessly high health risk.
