I got an appointment here with my dog very quickly because she had severe complaints. Everyone was very nice and friendly and the young doctor examined and treated my dog very carefully. The practice gets one star less because the bill was slightly higher than that of other veterinarians. Still, I would go back anytime. 👍

A disaster. I have to say in advance that we know Dr. Fischer for about 20 years and were there for a long time with our previous cat. But in recent years the quality of Dr. Fischer changed a lot for the negative. We went to her with our new cat to clarify a vaccination for worms. The doctor Dr. Fischer was very stressed and abrupt. In addition, the doctor's assistant made two serious mistakes when dosing medication. Fortunately, I still noticed it, but I had to repeatedly urge the doctor's assistant to make sure that the dosage information was correct. Dr. When one of her medical assistants was filling out a form, Fischer was upset about who would have created such a form, which also didn't look professional and also left the impression that there was no coordination of processes in this practice. Dr. Fischer made a stressed and dissatisfied impression and everything was done under time pressure, and so of course there were some serious mistakes! I don't even want to imagine what could have been if we had overdosed. Maybe bigger mistakes happen, who knows. In addition, the doctor was extremely rough with our animal during the examination. The thermometer was inserted into the animal without Vaseline or cream and the animal was in pain! Something like that doesn't work! If you do not have the necessary empathy and sensitivity, you should ask yourself if you are going to give up your job, because as frustrated and stressed as Dr. Fischer was, you can't expect anyone to do that! Maybe she should retire and it is time to make room for someone else when she is so overwhelmed and not passionate about it! Deliberately inflicting pain on an animal is not possible and should have been avoided! Who should introduce a thermometer to an animal, I don't think even an apprentice does that and I can probably expect something like that from an experienced doctor who is also the boss! All in all, the entire course of treatment was more than catastrophic and unreasonable. We don't even need to speak of trustworthy! In addition, a wrong diagnosis was made. We didn't give the medication because of our bad feeling and it was right. Because a second examination and another stool sample from another doctor revealed that our animal had absolutely nothing. Prior to these new drugs, Dr. Fischer administered other drugs and that was what made our animal sick. After that we are supposed to give the new medication and luckily we didn't and got a second opinion. Lo and behold the animal had nothing and before that it was made sick by medication by Dr. Fisherman. Since Dr. Fischer had administered prophylactically without a preliminary examination and the animal reacted with extreme side effects and was apathetic for 7 days and ate almost nothing and became weaker and weaker. Once and never again! We are going elsewhere now and are very satisfied. Our new kitten is doing very well and she was treated gently, with dignity and loving care by the new doctor. We are now in a veterinary practice in Markt Indersdorf, I will not name names here, but the new doctor is a lot better and very professional and empathetic. And no matter what, you can come by at any time and there is open, friendly and, above all, respectful communication. And you can tell here that time is taken for you in contrast to the practice of Dr. Fisherman. Our cat was even able to relax in the new practice in Markt Indersdorf and wasn't as anxious as with Dr. Fisherman.
