Well - as a citizen, I would like a friendlier tone, more appreciation and respect by letting you finish speaking. It would also be important not to send a reminder if the tax return is already available. Or to state specifically which documents are missing. One can expect that.

Wanted to insert a letter at the financial treasury Traunstein, but there is absolutely no mailbox :-( Had to drive through the city again to the tax office! Why can not I point this out on the internet?

I was there personally to get some information on a tax change, after the civil marriage and in terms of maternity and parental allowance - the lady had obviously no desire to argue with me and a little to clarify what options exist and only meant I should deal with the KK and Elterngeldstelle. Oh yes, and I could google it, too. So what's the service for? Was just a joke - because our taxpayers would otherwise better invested.
