Disorganized, incompetent, sluggish bunch. After the monopoly around § 21 StVZO was overturned last year, I wanted to have a technical change removed. It was about spacers in combination with already registered coilovers as well as other rims that were already registered in combination with the chassis. After I was received by an unoccupied counter, a visibly unmotivated examiner actually came to me from one of the back offices after ringing the doorbell twice. Help customers! Copies of my vehicle documents, my entries and my reports were made, after which my vehicle was eyed. Despite a previous explanation of what was to be removed, the said test engineer found that my spacers had to be entered in combination and that the report would not help him. After a few perplexed looks, he said that he couldn't even write down my technical change, his colleague in Rosenheim would have to do that. At my request, the good man made a note of my contact details and promised to make an appointment for me in Rosenheim. Of course, I haven't received any calls to this day, but with all the listlessness I had shown, I didn't expect otherwise. It is incomprehensible to me why a field office only employs test engineers who are obviously not authorized or even able to accept technical changes. I'm happy for you if you as Dekra are not dependent on paying tuning walk-in customers. But then it should also be clear that your club is apparently only available for HU and AU. In this sense, continue to enjoy your work!

Was already twice to do TÜV, very friendly and fast, TÜV was made immediately without an appointment. The only place where I will go back.
