I needed new rims and therefore I went to "Reifen John" in Traunstein. Since I did not know the exact name of the rim, the specialist manager Benjamin W. gave me his business card for correspondence. After I wrote to him and asked him to make me an offer, nothing happened. Obviously there are enough customers there. I finally bought my rims elsewhere! W.Wilke
I had a flat tire at 10 a.m. at Traunstein yesterday!
After my driver didn't get the tire down, I asked for short help. Unfortunately, this specialist workshop didn't help me even though it was 5 minutes away from my truck. I only needed a mallet. The fact is that my driver stood there for 2.5 hours until he could change the tires on his own. he was no longer able to finish the fixed tour and thus caused damage of € 700. Too bad that there are such companies, especially in the current situation where cohesion is a foreign word.
Finally, I have to mention that I am a very good customer from the partner company in Salzburg and buy about 40 tires there every year.
