Friendly and very patient staff
Much trouble, no accommodation!
During the inspection of my motorhome, which was only 4 years old (summer car, 22,000 km), both front bleed brake nipples were torn off because they were supposedly not to be opened. As a result, both brake calipers now have to be replaced, costs about 800 €. The Haug dealership assumes no responsibility and completely refuses to reimburse the costs.
Always very helpful and friendly. Have my tires changed there on a regular basis and was also pushed in between at very short notice.
I have to say, after we were dragged to the Haug dealership on vacation, he looked after us incredibly on the afternoon of Saturday. Although all the rooms in the area were gone, he was able to make something possible through his contacts and even drove us personally to the hotel. Thank you.
