I will never use the service for checking a defective device again and will not recommend it. The technician himself was very nice on the phone and explained everything well to me. But since I have not received a written report which, according to the unfriendly lady, is a joke and has never wanted anyone, I don't feel in good hands. When I paid my expensive inspection costs, the elderly gentleman pamped me because I did not make my new purchase with him. I pointed out from the beginning that I only want to have my defective device checked there and will not buy any device. He then wanted to have transportation costs for the disposal of the defective device even though the other gentleman on the phone told me that I could leave my old device there and I didn't have to pay anything for it. If it had cost something, I would have taken the defective device back with me. The invoice was issued incorrectly but will be corrected on request. My thought was to use the service of a smaller dealer, which has always been preached since Corona, but next time I will go back to Media Markt, Saturn or Expert because I always feel in good hands there and also buy my new devices there. Unfortunately I have to give it a star, but I would justify 0 stars

We prefer to buy our equipment here, simply because the service here is perfect. Hold an absolute specialist company with very large expertise. It is sometimes helped with questions without it costs something. Very very fair prices at reperatures 👍⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐👍
