One of the stores with the best customer care in my opinion has been run twice by a slightly firmer lady with short red hair and has never had such helpful and fun sales pitches. I am more than satisfied with my mattress and would like to recommend this shop to everyone, replaces every Ikea

I bought a mattress with a slatted frame and I'm super satisfied. Ms. Haberl was very courteous and friendly and gave me excellent advice, it couldn't be better👍
Great goods, great store, good prices. It's a shame that the employees in the branch in Traunstein are cheeky, impolite, impatient and understaffed. After we ordered something in the store and we were told the wrong date was given, I called the week after to ask when the order would arrive. On October 5th, 2020, after someone answered it for the third time, I got a cheeky, quick answer on the phone from a very irritable lady. I work in a practice, with us it is mostly stressful, but talking to people in such a tone is not possible! ❌🚫Please work on the subject of personnel.
