With short-term and competent advice from Dr. Sextl, I was able to reach an out-of-court agreement with my employer on a settlement payment, which I would not have been entitled to according to the law (since the company has fewer than 11 employees). Without the information and tips, this would not have worked, or at least not at the negotiated level. Since this means that I have other services from Dr. I no longer had to use Sextl and was not billed for it.
