The assortment is large and extensive, but the tills are massively overcrowded at peak times and the middle-aged man with mustache, light hair and earring is very rude and usually doesn't even say hello (you don't have to love your job, but greeting doesn't hurt). The ladies who work in the checkout area are all very polite, but a large part of the staff usually seems very stressed, maybe the management should think about increasing staff. The staff at the meat counter are all very friendly, competent, helpful and polite.
Beer is great, music was not suitable for dancing and no one wanted to serve me at the bar. The worst club I've ever been to.
Worst Edeka I know, when clearing the shelves, the cardboard boxes and foils are simply thrown into the aisle so that you can't get through, the next aisle is full of pallets, no way through either, wanted to ask the staff member who gave the room if he could give me something, left not because he conceded with one hand and made a loud phone call with the other on his loudspeaker with his cell phone in a foreign language, then I went out and across the street to Aldi who was great and everyone was friendly.
The staff is a cheek. Slowly and extremely unfriendly at the info. The post box from us was accepted, I had to pay for the book at another till. The placing of the cigarettes was more important than the customer. Clean so!
The worst organized grocery store far and wide!
Staff understaffed, but tried to be friendly. There were always pallets in the aisles with goods that actually belonged on the shelves.
The floor is always dirty, the vegetables are outrageously expensive, but there is only rotten stuff in the boxes .....
The eternal line at the till always promises a bad mood.
What is going on with the LEITUNG on site ???
If you could give minus points, I would give -5 stars.
