Due to the location and size of the house there are 4 stars! But with clear deductions that unfortunately must be mentioned! Otherwise, I would have given only 3 stars! The location of the large house is fantastic, view from a slightly raised 3-storey house on the Chiemsee and the mountains behind! The house is also very isolated, so you have your peace. The street in front does not really bother that way. The house itself is well equipped but a little dated (closets etc). Arg spoken one could feel partly in the 90 iger back in some parts of the house. The 3 showers in the house are equipped with old very small showers, not up to date and invites you to take a shower (in addition, the water pressure during showering is insufficient and if two at a time there are temperature fluctuations). You should not call the sauna that way, since only one person can find enough space in it lying, otherwise about 3 people sitting. Spider webs and spiders are found throughout the house (the animals are useful and may be present, but not in number). Sockets partly out of the 90's and power cord surface mounted with nail clips are absolutely out of date. The house would easily accommodate 10 people, a pity that the landlord limited to 6 adults + 2 children. Fly screens are partly broken and available in only a few windows. You should also change the cleaning lady, because the house was not really clean. Table tennis, table football, puzzles, games, etc. are available and provide variety in bad weather. Tiled stove is okay, fireplace would certainly make it even more comfortable. Good restaurants are right near the Italians on the lake or the mountain up with good home cooking with stunning views over the lake. In the kitchen in the house there is everything on spices, etc., even started schnapps is in the closets, but who still drinks it? The house and the garage make it clear that the landlord often uses his FH, which is not bad. An herb bed with lots of herbs invites you to cook. The kitchen is well equipped and modern. Fishing permits are issued with a license for predatory fishing in Seebruck at the Touristinfo, daily ticket 17 Euro (Attention only allowed by boat without electric motor). Boat rental directly 5 minutes walk away. Mini golf on the doorstep, very fun and cheap. Edeka in place. Relaxation bath with a slide and saunas in Prien. Despite the many shortcomings we would come back, because the location and the view are just brilliant! Maybe the shortcomings will be turned off! Welcome drink and a little attention when visiting the house at the "check in".

A beautiful, comfortably furnished house with an amazing view of the lake and the mountains - definitely in Chiemsee best location!
