The communication or the service is or was a disaster. Ordered on August 11th and confirmed delivery time 3-4 weeks. Then on the same day my request for delivery by 5.9., As a birthday present. Silence in the forest, despite repeated emails and messengers in FB. On 5.9. Again complained that no answer was received, mailed that vacation until 7.9., then dispatch. If you didn't have that right away with the confirmation on 11.8. could write, then I could have looked for a replacement present. Not recommended for me!

Top service and quality. I am also very satisfied with the goods. Can not explain the bad review and that you have to wait a little longer because of Corona is understandable. I was immediately answered by email when asked. We recommend. Always my pleasure.

The bird bath was delivered securely packaged by a carrier. Appointment made in advance by phone. Gladly again. Everything went well.

I ordered and paid for the item as a birthday present in early May 2020. Because of Corona, the delivery time would be 4 to 6 weeks. Now it is 9 weeks and I had to get another gift for my birthday. When you call Miocasa, nobody answers. All emails remain unanswered. The company's imprint says something about vacation in June 2019. The last entry in the Amazon seller profile is from 2015. Apparently only the company's website still exists, but the company no longer exists.
