Very friendly and competent staff. Unfortunately I had to wait 45 minutes in the morning for someone to come. When the opening hours are from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., I expect someone to be there on time at 9 a.m.

In the event of a cancellation 6 months before the start of the trip, I was not informed about the costs (€ 1,200!), But presented the facts without consultation. When asked, I was told that I could have taken these from the general terms and conditions. Conclusion: Every online travel exchange offers more service.

Here you get very friendly advice. Unfortunately wrong. We had specific wishes for our vacation and have formulated them precisely, unfortunately we were given totally wrong advice. So we won't book our vacation here again.
