Terrible company! They using GLS for delivery! They even dont have any own trucks. There only one man and he does`t respond on your phone calls, emails anything... This company should be closed.

So if you could give minus 5 stars then I would give them to this company. I advise everyone to stay away from it. I sent a pallet with this forwarding agent to Italy and paid this company many hundreds of euros for it !!! The consignment arrived 3 days late in Italy on request to this great company, nothing came without comment, just a GLS proof of shipment. As a result, I lost my longtime customer and paid a fine
