After I fell in at another local workshop (after changing a wheel on the way home, approx. 15 km, almost a wheel was lost), a work colleague recommended this workshop to me. Then I made an appointment and got it quickly. The staff are friendly and respond to customer requests. The commissioned work was done as agreed and I am very satisfied. I can recommend this workshop without hesitation and will also return my vehicles here for maintenance or repair in the future. Price-performance is top. Keep it up.
We had booked a quad tour with Fahrzeug Bogner. The tour was a beginners tour with about 80% road trips. Here we should have informed ourselves better beforehand. What made me give this 1-star rating, however, was the tone and the lack of friendliness of the tour guide. Instructions, especially in the off-road park, were yelled at us in the manner of the armed forces and the slightest deviation caused trouble. Furthermore, we were instructed not to drive through too much dirt because he had to clean it at the end. For me, however, this is part of a good quad tour. When asked if I liked it, I said more freedom in the Offroad Park would have been better. Then I only got a sloppy answer: "Then next time you have to book another, more expensive tour."
On the way to vacation, the car suddenly spun, alos needed quick help. Were put in between immediately and got the repaired car back the same day. Felt we were in good hands. Super Service. Thank you again for the holiday rescue.
