Saturday shopping hell and yet the shop assistants were friendly and courteous. Even when I turned up three hours later because an assembly kit was missing, it was taken care of without any ifs or buts. And a lot of respect for Ms. Lischke who was her wife at the warehouse counter. Always my pleasure.
