Nie wieder!
Terrible delivery service! For 50 Euro the delivery guy left the package with bathroom cabinet literally on the ROAD as well as some garbage. My wife had to ask people passing by to help her to get it closer to the house. We not only live on the ground floor, but also have the step-less entry.
ON THE ROAD! Where cars drive! Unbelievable.
For example Maisons du Monde or other furniture shop will charge you twice less and will bring the huge much heavier dining table directly into your dining room.
A few years ago we bought our bathroom furniture from Sanipa and were very satisfied with it. Now we had a problem with it and, although the series is no longer produced, we received very friendly and unbureaucratic help. The ladies on the phone were super friendly and tried very hard, even if they asked for a little waiting time and understanding due to the high workload. Even after so many years we are still satisfied with our bathroom furniture and today we are incredibly grateful that we have received such great help even now! Many thanks again at this point!

You don't experience such perfect and friendly service every day. The front panel of my bathroom furniture arrived just in time as announced.
My problems with assembling this plate originated from my lack of technical understanding. A phone call and this issue was resolved quickly and completely. The team’s willingness to make decisions deserves respect, as does the uncomplicated solutions. Sales, service and technology seem to enjoy the full trust of the management. A leadership trait that can only be found in a few companies.
The products meet high standards! I wish Sanipa and its employees continued success!
