Have been a customer for 30 years. Very nice, always helpful, clean and tidy. Mr. Hahn deserves special praise for sales. He has expertise and knows what he's doing. On the service with appointments and advice I would like to mention Mr. Gies, he is always friendly and helpful. Can't complain about all the staff over the years.

After I bought a used Ford Focus, in which the air conditioning did not work, I was strongly offended by a seller when asked for a warranty and what would occur to me to be so bold because I wanted to exercise my right. A short time later, the good man wanted to make me a great offer and only asked me € 200 for something that he had contractually repaired. This behavior shows me that it's all about the money, not about keeping customers happy. Never again!!
