My dog ​​is seriously ill in old age. Despite treatment, it didn't get better over 4 weeks. Instead of redeeming him, Dr. Auernhammer continued to doctor him although it was just torture for him. When he was dying, I wanted to put him to sleep. After the helper said on the phone that the doctor has no time (Friday afternoon) I wanted to speak to the doctor personally. We left € 300 there in 2 weeks, so you will at least be able to speak to the doctor. On the phone, I was turned away by him very gruffly in a very grumpy tone, he has no time because he has to leave on time. It's not that euthanasia takes 10 minutes. A recommendation for a substitute could not be given. For comparison: in my need I contacted another vet in Wug who even came to my home from the country from the cowshed within 15 minutes and saved him. Humanly and professionally, in my opinion, ne zero!

Since our vet has closed, but we urgently needed medication for our dog, we went to Dr. Auernhammer gone, or we switched to him. We felt we were in very good hands at all times. With him, but also with the nice ladies at reception. He examined our older dog lady carefully, took her time and gave us good and realistic advice. Even on the last way with our beloved canine grandmother, the vet was very sensitive to our side. I can Dr. Definitely recommend Auernhammer !!!
