Incredibly unprofessional! Run-down practice, insecure and incompetent, insensitive, did not deal with the sensitive animal in pain at all. Incredibly and incomprehensibly expensive. Was only an emergency solution because of a public holiday because we didn't know this doctor. But before we enter this "practice" again, we'd rather go to Nuremberg! And before you get confused that 5 stars will actually be awarded .... When family and friends rate you can influence ratings!
