REMONDIS im Rhein-Lahn-Kreis, Betriebsstätte Singhofen

We registered our bulky waste and electronic waste online 6 weeks ago (on November 30th, 2020) "quickly and easily" and have now been waiting for a pick-up date for 6 weeks. After waiting 37 minutes in your queue, "All of our employees are currently in conversation", a friendly employee came and told me that they had sent me an email "sometime" for e-waste only. The appointment will take place in 2 days ... how good that I called. However, I will wait another 2 weeks for an appointment for the bulky waste. Okay thanks!

My experience with the Remondis company has been consistently positive. The employees have always been helpful to this day and there was a solution for every problem. Perfect!

Garbage is often not picked up. When trying to reach the company, you unfortunately end up in a waiting loop that lasts for hours. Often one hand doesn't know what the other is doing.

Registration for bulky waste 4 weeks before, despite interim inquiries (appointments will be communicated in the next few days), no notification of a collection date. Nothing happens and you sit on your garbage. Since the neighbors have had to temporarily store bulky waste for months and have had the same experience as me, we cannot assume that there is an isolated case here. Absolutely disappointing and not representative of the Rhein-Lahn district.

Submitted an application for spear waste in mid-July. The pick-up date should be communicated within 3 weeks. Now it's 08/18/2020 and still no date has been given. If you call the number 026204941330 in Singhofen, the customer gets the message "Unfortunately nobody can be reached at this number at the moment". I find this service more than bad.
