I can understand very well why the shares of this bank in my portfolio have lost more than 70%. Had my business accounts there for years. There was no advice and support. If it was good, the bank was immediately with offers and insurance on the spot, you needed investment funds were treated briefly and concisely from the top down. Sparkasse and Volksbank are simply better.

The staff is friendly and helpful. Otherwise these can not do anything for the remaining criticisms: Charging a customer when picking up money at the counter is bold. Changing small change (piggy bank) is only possible with a lot of effort and even higher fees, so that even the staff advises to go to the branch of the Bundesbank (which we luckily have on site). It feels like everything that banks were originally created for is not possible or only for a substantial fee. Reasonable for non-customers, a cheek for customers. The biggest criticism is the opening times. If you have to go to the counter, you almost have to take a vacation, because during the usual lunch break you either have it yourself or you have to choose between lunch and a visit to the bank. In the evenings and at night on weekends, even the vending machine area is partially closed. You are then asked to go to the other banks in the so-called cash pool. I already had it twice now that they were also closed and generally this system in Villingen does nothing for you. The banks in question were / are all within 200m of the crow flies, so you ALWAYS have to walk to the other end of the city center, as there are no branches or vending machines anywhere else. With the relocation of Postbank, this evening is completely gone. The biggest cheek was the closure on the Fasnet. I lost my card on Friday and effectively didn't get any money until Wednesday evening because the branch didn't open until Tuesday. Due to the opening times and my work, Tue was not possible either ... Losing the card happens very often, I think, especially on the Fasnet. That you then lie on the dry, is not at all. Amazingly, there were no fees for the new card and the blocking. I really have to emphasize a fat "amazingly".

Best bank in the world!

A pure catastrophe, we have experienced as a longtime customer in the last 2 dates our blue wonder. The customer advisors have constant change and in my opinion, no expertise and are incompetent! The counselor was constantly pulling the answer "I can not say anything ..." from the affair but could not solve our request in any way or be helpful. Sell ​​yes, but then you stand in the rain !!!

As a long-term customer, the bank refused to accept coins for transfer to my account. Underground and for that I had to spend almost an hour with arrival and departure because the Deutsche Bank is closing its branches everywhere (Rottweil and Schwenningen)!
