Mr. Froehlich brokered the purchase of a caravan through friends of relatives in Bucharest, Romania. It went like clockwork: down payment of the EUR 200 reservation fee without a German bank account, arrival, inspection, signing of the purchase contract and a proven amount of excellent help with the export license plate and the registration office in Baden-Baden.
