Awful. Minutes of chatter on the phone what he does NOT do anything. And that he only makes parts that the customer has to expand before; he does not build anything. And if he builds, then only at Porsche. Once requested - a second time certainly not. I can not say anything about the work itself, because it was already very problematic in the initial telephone conversation.

Execution did not take place. Several of my appointment reservations passed without feedback. Luckily the wrong component could be covered with leather, 8 weeks after the order was finally made, because I was lucky enough to get photos. Error was not communicated, further waiting time without acknowledgment of the error (wrong leather covering). Receive email, with notice, of having to deviate from the agreed installation procedure. The subsequent correspondence is brisk to cheeky. Note: "Then the part gets another customer". I immediately accepted the offer.
