They towed my sons van on a Sunday 28 /4/2019 and charged him £1000 to release it , don't trust this company.

Very nice employee and was there really quickly. We were called beforehand and were informed how long it would take. And it was even faster than advertised. Really great! We were afraid that 45min would be said but in the end we would have to wait 2 hours. So if we lie down again, we'd love to do it again!

Friendly, punctual, very fast response time! Images could be sent via WhatsApp to the fixed network for immediate damage analysis. This enabled the suitable vehicle to be selected for recovery and saved costs for us as customers. Mr. Klotter and his team were always friendly and competent to advise. This is customer service and not a robber baron known to the competition! Again and again with pleasure from Klotter and recommended at any time. Many thanks.

My vehicle did not start and because of no urgency we arranged to meet at the car's location the next morning. Meeting point in 15 minutes from the phone call and that was respected. Error analysis on the vehicle was carried out immediately, after which my vehicle was driven to the workshop. Very friendly, relevant, helpful towing service that I would recommend if asked.

I can't say anything about the quality of the workshop, but with some reservations, I tow it to its premises and then check out again.
