This company is only recommended from start to finish! You feel well advised right from the start! Friendliness from the boss to the women on the phone, to the fitters! Every wish is taken into account and implemented. The fitters did a great job with us within two weeks! Oil heating out, gas heating in PV and solar on the roof! Everything is going great! The company employs a mechanic who is extremely aggressive in traffic. If one criticizes the boss, he reacts brazenly and covers his employee without knowing the exact facts. Not a great company philosophy.

on 22.12.18 evening I had an emergency. Somebody immediately answered the phone. The duty plumber gave me an appointment for the following day at 8:30 am, noted down address, phone number. When I asked him if he really was coming, since I was expecting guests on 24.12.18 and would have been kicked off without repairing the sink, the plumber said that I could rely on it. However, this did not appear to the appointment, was also tel. unavailable. A feedback on his part did not take place either. Until 13:00 clock I have called in 1/4 hours without success. Disappointment on my part, just a pity that you can not rely on the Fa. Coenen, although with a 24-hour service, even on Sundays is advertised. Uta Müller from Baden-Baden
