After my first review seemed to have made huge waves, the company got in touch with me and clarified the matter.
The basic problem was just a communicative one. The reason for the problem was also explained to me and I very much regret this reason and with it my original review. With the emotional assessment, I went over the top and I'm happy to take it back.
We were very satisfied with the technical work. The cellulose insulation was definitely the right choice and I can only warmly recommend it to every homeowner and in the summer, coolly. We received good advice because we can manage to achieve a lower temperature in the roof in summer than on the ground floor.
The built-in windows with the shutters help enormously and give the roof good daylight. Even after 5 years, the shutters and windows work perfectly and only had to be tightened by me in the spring tension.
I hope that I can count on Hofmann again for the next roof repair and / or renovation.
