I had a problem on a trip with my Iveco Camper. Searched on maps was the closer service. Really rude personal at the reception. I Tried to explain in English but he continues to reply in German saying No, not even had a quick look at the Camper! Was traveling with two kids! Never met a so rude and stupid person!

Yesterday gave the dealership a second chance, but pointless. First you don't want to sell a car and then nobody wants to know what about it if you have a problem. I am supposed to bring my car on Thursday morning so that if it is not ready you can continue searching on Friday. With a car that is six months old.
