Would like to share my experience with this dealer here. I came across this dealer via eBay classifieds, who offered me a complete package of car bulbs for my vehicle. I accepted this with thanks because he assured me in writing that he had all the pears on site. For this reason I also bought from him. I immediately transferred the money, which was in his account two days later. I asked for a shipping number to be sent when I sent it, but none came. Then I contacted him by phone and learned that he didn't have the pears and had to order them first. At first it was said that he wanted to order them from Osram, but supposedly they were not available there. A few days later (I waited a total of 1 1/2 weeks for the goods), I found out that he had to order the pears himself from Amazon, from which I also received the pears. Some of them didn't even reach me, so I had to get in touch with the seller again. Others have arrived, but not as I ordered them. In one package there was a completely different bulb and in the other package it was the right one, but it gave me the impression that it was already in use. I then had to get in touch with the seller again and told him about that. He said that he would order me two new ones, so that there would also be two the same and new ones and I could keep one as a replacement. In the end, however, it was so that he only ordered one new one and I ordered the other wrong one also had to send back. To make one thing clear, if I had wanted used pears, I could have bought them at the flea market. I also bought a package from him, so one assumes that you will get one package and not several. And I'm still waiting for the shipping numbers today. On his side he adorns himself with the buyer's seal, where customers can submit their reviews (NORMALLY) provided that the seller sends a customer a link. You cannot give a rating yourself there. Despite the request, he does not send a link, so the positive rating always remains. My conclusion: ONCE AND NEVER AGAIN !!!!!! (For sure) Small supplement. I got in touch with Osram, they told me that they currently only supply one dealer with these pears, and that is not this dealer. So the experience I've had with this retailer is confirmed for me, that this retailer advertises goods that he does not even have and only has to order from him when buying, which then means that customers stay longer on their goods have to wait, as I did! In addition, I now had to find out that you can also buy used goods on Amazon. I assume that this retailer has ordered used pears for me from Amazon and not new ones. And in my eyes this dealer is neither competent nor friendly to the customers, which you can see afterwards via email messages from them. The guilt always lies with the buyer, according to his statement.
