This is the second time I had a trashy experience here. Both times (including today) I booked an appointment for two pedicures, and arrived to all nail artists currently with clients. My pedicure started nearly immediately but my friend did not get her pedicure started until mine was nearly over (nails already painted). Time management is proven to not be their strength. Next my pedicure was pretty decent with all the scrubs, lotions, hot rag and nice things. My friend on the other hand was rushed through with none of the nicities. I inquired about why we had two seperate pedis and they said that they just do them differently bc they have their own ways.... They still charged us the exact same even though we were obviously disappointed.. if you can help it...GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Pretty good job, but lacking in customer service. Workers are more interested in their cell phones than services.

Michele was awesome! She is gentle and speaks english which helps with the language barrier. Plus she gave me a 'personal' pedicure set for me to use on my subsequent visits.

I always have a wonderful time when I go. Price is clearly marked on the paper. I only see Michaela. She does such a good job. My nails look great and they stay looking great for weeks. She always makes me feel like im her only client. She takes her time and dies a terrific job each and every time.
