Very good team. My cat has been more precisely illicit and given the correct medication. After a day, my cat got a lot better. The doctor took the time to explain everything to me and told me what she was going to do during the examination. In the end I got the receipt with all the examination and drug names, I think that's great! After my bad experience with Mrs. Frommeyer, I can only be grateful here.

Hangover hurt. Called and an hour later I was able to come. The little one was treated well, follow-up check for Monday. Today we received friendly and competent help.

No matter which animal it is. The practice always tries very hard to help. Friendly and understanding staff. We feel very well advised.

I experienced Ms. Zöller as annoyed (towards humans and animals). She wanted to give our short-nosed dog a general anesthetic to remove a small splinter of wood from its paw with tweezers. In my opinion, a far too high risk for such a small procedure. I then asked for a local anesthetic. She just said: "The dog won't stand still". Still, I insisted. A younger doctor then pointed the anesthetic, the dog kept still, the (really tiny, a few mm large) splinter was removed and it was good. I was really stunned.
