Rented trucks here six or seven times for dumpster runs and moves. Great staff, very helpful. They usually have a truck available, not always the exact one I wanted, but always got the job done. Pro tips:
Add your ID and CC info ahead of time for faster checkout
Book on a Monday or Tuesday if you can, it's cheaper.
Book with someone else and make a dumpster run with both of your junk. You can fit a ton in a 24 footer.
Check the max weight of the vehicle and your license, USAREUR card holders can only carry so much weight.

Great customer service, the staff is very professional, friendly and very helpful. Pick up and drop off is very convenient, no hassle.There is variance of cars to choose from that’s very affordable , the cars are nice, smooth ride no issues and good on gas. I needed a taxi after dropping the car off and they was happy to help by calling me a taxi. Big thumbs up and highly recommend.
Great Staff. I made a mistake when renting a smaller transport, however, Mr. Jochen Stichler went out of his way to accomodate me and fix it within 10 minutes. The service was quick and response. The best rental car transaction I had in Kaiserslautern over the past three years. I will tell more of my friends and associates. thanks
