Expensive somehow
They are good agent they don't disappoint their customers
I dont really know why I keep going back to this Hertz location. Every time the same bait&switch. I rent a '3 series or similar' and end up in some kind of 'thing' from Ford. One time its a minivan that doesn't fit into the hospital parking deck, this time its an SUV like 'thing' from Ford that is about as exciting as a visit to the dentist. Staff doesn't really care, they just make the donuts.
Very unprofessional and not friendly staff (a man called Londero - of course, if he did not lie for the name). A very important business trip I missed for the staff.
Advice - Avoid any arrangements with this company and with the Dolar booking agency
