Old loud car and they charged an extra fee at the end for up to now no clear reseaon ...
Very satisfied experience. We book directly on their website, the prices are nice, the staff is friendly. On our last rental we got the nice surprise to get a BMW 2 Gran Tourer in place of the booked Astra.
They offer a fair price, but I was disappointed with the car I drove. The cleaning was below acceptable, specially the windshield.
Everything else was ok.
Car was not well maintained. There was no water for wipers. Many scratches to the car body and it was really dirty. The boys responsible for cleaning and handing over the car had no interest in going all this. Desk staff was friendly.
Good service assured.
