They have a larger selection than most stores. I was looking for clothing and went during the day, hoping that I would have someone to help me. They were busy, not only with customers. I asked for help but I didn't really have the impression that they were interested in helping, short answers, was told often to look by myself, ... If you know what you are looking for, then it's fine.

Staff are always very helpful and always find someone who speaks great English to help the members of our group who can't yet speak German. Extensive online catalogue which is extremely useful to find the parts you need. It's 5 stars from our group

A paradise for bikers of all kinds. Selection and options seem so limitless here. From casual motorcycle teamed tshirts and accessories to full professional equipment for all kind of riders till motorcycle parts and customization parts. The really have something for everyone. Only one star is missing because personal at the check counter was unfriendly and really unhelpful in comparison to for example personal in Louis Hamburg, or personal that was working with customers on the floor.

We were there to check out and buy a helmet. The shop has good amount of variety. Reasonably priced stuff. The staff is usually very busy attending someone or the other but was kind enough to answer small questions asked by others. I didn't try it out, but there's free coffee for bikers. :)
