I'd give this negative stars. Total scam artists. Took insurance € & fixed part of damages but caused several more but of course denying it. Kept the car for weeks. They refused to take the car back in for repairs & said to take it back to manufacture dealership which would require additional €. I'll be contacting my insurance to blacklist this company for all USAA members.
