Unbeatable service and priceless support!
The quick scheduling and the friendly damage documentation with helpful explanations to me as the accident "victim" were very good.
But the best thing was the help after the opposing insurance company simply did not take into account two items in the report.
When I asked Mr. Frieß over the phone, I got great advice, including the BGH ruling, on how to counter this, which led to one of the two positions being paid out retrospectively.
In response to my second telephone request from Mr Friess, he encouraged him to stay tuned and also to insist on the last missing position. With success! The insurance then also paid out the second item - as a result, several hundred euros which it originally "embezzled" - due to the great advice, the correct BGH judgment and the helpful encouragement.
Thank you very much again!

I can highly recommend the engineering office Frieß. After a friendly telephone contact, Mr. Frieß examined my vehicle on the same evening, well outside regular working hours. The next day I had the report by email. It couldn't be faster or better!
