Very friendly and competent staff. The cleaning inside and outside was done very carefully and professionally. The only thing that didn't really convince me is the "hand polish" Of course, the vehicle shines after your product has been applied, but still does not come close to a really hand-worked polish. Nevertheless, I find the price-performance ratio to be very appropriate and I will continue to make use of your service :-))

Everything went well and satisfied with the first order, the company was still new on the market. Now I wanted to book again, unfortunately no more days available for all weeks that are available until the end of October. It may very well be that mycleaner hardly has any service providers (Munich area / 7KM inner city distance), but then it informs you immediately after entering the address and not after I had to fill out everything. A waste of time for an order over 300 €. In addition, how about a function "No appointment free, we will call you and find a solution", instead you see a hotline that can be reached on working days until 12 noon and a chat that says I should write an email. The company still exists?

Super nice employee. Car very clean and I have no action to take away with car and get it again! Great thing, gladly again!
