Pure fraud! Vouchers are debited immediately, but nowhere are redeemable. The cooperation companies can not help getting their money themselves not paid by this scam company.

We too have problems, 6 washes still open and no response from the company. They cannot be reached by phone and there is no response in writing. Not recommendable!

Hands off!!!! Vouchers are no longer redeemed by the petrol stations, etc. because Wachpakete.de does not forward the payments.
