Super service! Honest and they understand their work! Aren’t the cheapest but definitely cheaper than the brand car garages

Extremely Expensive. I asked them to replace my car's windscreen for which they told me an estimate of 1029 €. After some google of 5 mins I found out three workshop almost at half price. Finally I got it replaced for 350 € from Wintec, who gave me a free replacement car as well. Beware guys, it is worth taking multiple quotations. Pitstop is so far the most expensive I have noticed in the entire Kaiserslautern.

I am satisfied with the service, the employees respond to you and deliver a satisfactory job. There is one star less that is not due to the branch, only to the marketing department of Pitstop. Individual services are offered more cheaply than with a complete service, so there are price differences of 5 euros per liter for the oil service alone. Here, the company headquarters should better educate the customer in its online portal. The team on site👍
