TERRIBLE customer service. The man at the front office with a beanie, beard, dark hair, and marks on his face really set the tone when I walked in, said hello, and got a blank stare in return as if I was a 5-eyed giraffe His sunshine personality really blossomed as he proved how inept he was to offer me a quote to fix my car's glass which +SURPRISE+ is in the company's name... He had zero clue how to do this and resulted in an escalated discussion about the complexities of quoting a price. Did a fabulous job of pissing me off to the point that I had to leave. He embarrassed, not only himself, but his colleague, the two other customers, and the company. Chuuus!

Unfortunately had a glass damage, unfortunately no partial coverage and went to Carglass in Kaiserslautern. Staff was friendly. After the business did not materialize, the branch manager tried to force up a paint preparation for me. There was also a business card. Apparently he gets a commission for it.

Rockfall in the windscreen, very quickly and professionally fixed by friendly and helpful staff. The settlement is done directly with the insurance company. I would always recommend it again.
