Unfortunately, the technician arrived a little late due to traffic jams. This journey was then calculated as the assembly time. That means, for a few minutes of work with a little advice, more than 100 € were incurred. In addition to the "pure vehicle costs" (excluding set-up and travel time), an "assembly time" of 1.25 hours was calculated. Well, you could have charged a little less, despite the traffic jam, for which the customer is not responsible. Therefore I can no longer recommend Böhle Elektro. A pity..
