I have never had such a bad experience with a service provider. Offers very poor and non-transparent, never an answer to questions. There are probably no clerks at all, the telephone numbers given lead to a customer service that neither provides information nor can give competent advice in any other respect. I honestly doubt this customer service belongs to the company. Appointments were not communicated so that unannounced tiles were delivered, which were placed so unfavorably that neighbors complained. It was also the wrong product. The first partial invoices, almost in the five-digit range, were of course made anyway, and of course no service was provided. After we asked several times for more transparency, information regarding dates and the current status of our goods order (which should actually be a matter of course), we canceled the order. We never got any information about anything. Now we are sitting there, have a shell as a bathroom, we cannot find an alternative to the fast one and, moreover, no alternative during Corona and are of course completely behind our schedule. The bathroom should be ready at the beginning of November because we are expecting a child and did not want to have a construction site in the house when it comes, this was the reason why we decided on Bossmann. Now we're just getting frustrated. I can only advise against in any way.
