Can not recommend, the assistance is no support in the customer / tradesman relationship, it will be charged for services that were not provided at all. No interest in education - the Krämer company can afford to treat customers badly. Had to turn on the arbitration board, installation of a double floor socket costs more than 1300 euros!

50 Euro Prepayment for an offer on order will be refunded. Work was not carried out on schedule, several appointments needed because the fitter has connected cable incorrectly. The worktop was not covered due to damage to the floor. Another company had to be hired in the end, never again.
